Poducation delivers a structured programme that blends learning with real confidence-building outcomes.

Participants learn how to:

  • find their voice and communicate clearly

  • plan and create audio content with purpose

  • use everyday digital tools with confidence

  • work as a team and build employability behaviours

  • complete a practical project they can be proud of

  • gain a certificate and a portfolio of progress

For many people, it is the first time they’ve felt listened to, supported, and capable again.

Poducation is designed for anyone who is NEET, at any age, including people who may be:

  • feeling stuck, isolated or overlooked

  • rebuilding after a difficult life chapter

  • lacking confidence after time away from education or work

  • struggling with motivation, anxiety or low self-esteem

  • unsure how to start, or where they fit

  • ready to try something new, but nervous

There are no expectations. No judgement. Just a supportive route back into momentum.

Poducation CIC is led by Kath Lord-Green, known professionally as Your Fairy Podmother®, an award-winning podcast producer, trainer and communications specialist with over 25 years’ experience across radio, media and education.

Kath has trained hundreds of individuals, businesses and community groups to find their voice, build confidence and develop practical digital skills. Her workshops are known for being supportive, down-to-earth and genuinely life-changing, with consistent five-star feedback from learners and organisations alike.

As a former Station Director, community radio founder, and professional producer, she combines real-world industry expertise with a warm, human approach that helps people feel safe, capable and heard.

For added reassurance, Kath holds a current DBS check and safeguarding certification for working with vulnerable adults, ensuring every Poducation session is delivered with professionalism, care and responsibility.
